* Provide support and guidance to students applying for scholarships, internships, and other educational opportunities
* Contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school's career guidance program
* Represent the school at various career fairs, workshops, and other events in Ganjam and surrounding areas
Eligibility Criteria
* Postgraduate degree in any field (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com, MBA, etc.)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in career guidance, counselling, or a related field
* Strong understanding of educational and career trends in Odisha and India
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with online career development platforms and tools
