About This Role
Saraswati Vidya Mandir, a premier school in Ganjam, Odisha, seeks a seasoned Gardener to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the school's lush green campus, ensuring a healthy and beautiful environment for our students.
What You Will Do
1. Maintain the school's gardens, lawns, and green spaces, ensuring they are well-manicured and aesthetically pleasing.
2. Ensure the health and well-being of all plants, trees, and flowers on the campus.
3. Develop and implement a gardening plan to enhance the campus's beauty and biodiversity.
4. Supervise and guide the school's gardening staff in their daily tasks.
5. Procure gardening supplies, tools, and materials as required.
6. Collaborate with the school's management to plan and execute events and activities that promote environmental awareness and conservation.
7. Ensure the school's waste management systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.
8. Perform any other gardening-related tasks assigned by the school administration.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a post-graduate degree in any field and at least 3 years of experience as a Gardener. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office, is preferred.
