About This Role
As a Hostel Warden at Saraswati Vidya Mandir in Ganjam, Odisha, you will play a vital role in the administration of the school's hostel facility. - Handle emergencies and crises situations, providing support and guidance to students and staff.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a hostel or residential facility management role.
- Familiarity with school administration and rules and regulations.
Preferred Skills
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
Salary and Benefits
