Role Summary

Pedagogy and Tools (specific to Hindi — practical methods, tools, lab or activity work)
As an NTT Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for using various pedagogical tools and methods to make Hindi learning engaging and interactive for students. You will use the mother tongue-based multilingual education (MTB-MLE) approach to teach Hindi, emphasizing the importance of the language in everyday life.
What You Will Do (8 duties specific to Hindi teaching)
- Teach Hindi to students from Class I to Class X.
- Prepare and conduct classes to ensure effective learning.
- Use multimedia resources, such as videos and audio clips, to enhance teaching.
- Conduct extracurricular activities, such as debates and quizzes, to promote Hindi language skills.
- Assist in the development of Hindi language materials and resources.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's language policy.
- Maintain student records and track their progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive approach to language teaching.
Eligibility Criteria (Hindi-specific degrees and certifications)
Applicants must possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Hindi or a related field. CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
