Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum one year of teaching experience in primary or pre-primary classes
- Fluency in Odia and English
- Basic computer skills for lesson planning and record keeping
Good to Have
- TET or CTET certification
- Prior experience in NTT or nursery teaching
- Familiarity with activity-based learning methods
- Knowledge of local curriculum expectations in Odisha schools
