5. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
6. Communicate with parents and colleagues as needed
7. Participate in school events and activities
8. Assist in administrative tasks as required
9. Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and developments in the field of Hindi
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi (M.A. or M.Phil.)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. certification
- Teaching experience of at least 2 years
- Strong command of Hindi language and literature
Good to Have:
- Experience with teaching Hindi to students from class 6 to 12
- Familiarity with Odia language and culture
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
