About This Role
St. Xavier High School integrates smart boards, Google Classroom, and a school LMS to make Hindi lessons interactive and engaging. As a PRT Hindi Teacher, you will design digital content for grades 1 to 5 and conduct blended sessions that combine physical and online learning. Familiarity with Odia-Hindi bilingual resources will help you cater to local learners.
How You Will Teach
Lessons will be delivered using smart boards with pre-loaded Hindi rhymes and animated stories. Google Classroom will host weekly assignments, voice notes, and short videos for pronunciation practice. The school LMS tracks student progress and suggests remedial activities automatically.
Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned to the NCERT Hindi syllabus for primary sections. Conduct two Google Meet sessions per week for grades 4 and 5 to reinforce speaking skills. Upload worksheets and practice sheets on the LMS every Sunday evening. Grade digital assignments and provide audio feedback using the LMS tool. Organise monthly Hindi recitation contests via Zoom and share recordings on the school YouTube channel. Maintain attendance and participation logs in the school ERP system. Collaborate with the IT coordinator to troubleshoot basic smart board issues. Attend bi-weekly pedagogy review meetings in the staff room.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and at least two years of Hindi teaching experience in primary classes are eligible. Prior use of smart boards or Google Classroom is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates from Jajpur or nearby areas will find the commute easier.
What Makes You a Fit
