About This Role
Day-to-Day Duties
* Teach Physics to students in Classes VI to X, using innovative and engaging methods to promote understanding and critical thinking.
* Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to inform teaching strategies.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote Physics education.
* Conduct experiments and demonstrations to illustrate key Physics concepts.
* Use digital resources and technology to enhance the learning experience.
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide decision-making processes.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
* Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents regarding student progress.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:
* B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree with a specialization in Physics.
* CTET/TET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
* At least 2 years of experience in teaching Physics to students in Classes VI to X.
* Strong knowledge of Physics concepts and curriculum design.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
