PRT Hindi Teacher Job in St. Xavier High School, Keonjhar Sadar, Kendujhar
Teach Hindi language and literature to students in classes VI to VIII with a focus on grammar, composition, and literary appreciation. Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the Odisha Board curriculum while adapting teaching methods for diverse learning abilities.
Plan and conduct daily classes, including grammar exercises, essay writing, and poetry recitation, ensuring students grasp fundamental linguistic concepts. Prepare and mark homework assignments, quizzes, and unit tests to assess progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a structured classroom environment, enforce discipline, and foster a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with other teachers to address student needs and participate in school-level academic discussions.
Teach basic Hindi conversation skills to improve students’ fluency and confidence in speaking. Use interactive methods like role-playing, group discussions, and multimedia presentations to enhance engagement.
Ensure compliance with school policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and classroom conduct. Assist in organizing school events related to Hindi language promotion, such as essay competitions or cultural fairs.
Qualifications: Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. Minimum two years of teaching experience preferred. No TET/CTET required.
Salary: Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month. Full-time contract basis.
