Key Responsibilities
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with school events and admission drives.
Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp groups for parents.
Run targeted Google and Facebook ads to increase enrollment inquiries from Khordha and nearby areas.
Track website traffic, conversions, and lead sources using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
Create short promotional videos and photo albums for school functions and achievements.
Coordinate with the administrative team to update the school website with news and notices.
Monitor online reviews and respond professionally to parent feedback on digital platforms.
Prepare quarterly reports on digital marketing performance for school leadership.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline with 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design software.
Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
Experience in managing digital campaigns for educational institutions is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication skills to interact with parents and school staff.
Ability to lead small teams or coordinate with external vendors when needed.
