Aryavart Ancient Academy | Odisha invites applications for a dedicated PGT Accountancy Teacher to join its dynamic academic environment in Khordha. This role focuses on delivering advanced Accountancy education to senior students, ensuring alignment with state board curriculum standards. The successful candidate will engage directly with students, fostering analytical skills through practical examples relevant to Odisha’s economic landscape.
Teaching responsibilities will include designing and delivering lectures, covering topics like financial accounting, cost accounting, and corporate accounting at the post-graduate level. Classroom interaction will be central, with emphasis on interactive sessions and problem-solving exercises to strengthen conceptual understanding. Experience in teaching Accountancy at the higher secondary or equivalent level will be highly beneficial.
The PGT Accountancy Teacher will also be responsible for assessing students through exams, practical assignments, and continuous evaluation. Regular feedback will be provided to students to guide their academic progress. Collaboration with the department head will ensure smooth coordination with other teachers, particularly in aligning Accountancy syllabus with broader academic goals.
Aryavart Ancient Academy | Odisha values experienced educators who can inspire students with a blend of theoretical knowledge and real-world applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Accountancy, preferably with a post-graduate qualification in commerce or a related field. Four years of teaching experience in Accountancy, either in schools or colleges, is mandatory.
While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, a valid teaching certificate will be an added advantage. The role offers a competitive salary of Rs.40,000 - Rs.50,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth within the institution.
