Core Responsibilities

- Conduct practical workshops on painting, sketching, and digital media, ensuring students develop technical skills and creative expression.
- Prepare and manage classroom resources, including art supplies, display materials, and student portfolios.
- Evaluate student progress through projects, exhibitions, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
Supporting Duties
- Collaborate with the department head to plan inter‑disciplinary projects that integrate Fine Arts with other subjects.
- Mentor junior teachers and support new staff in adopting effective instructional strategies.
- Participate in school exhibitions, cultural events, and community outreach programs to showcase student work.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines for art studios.
Qualifications and Experience
- Post‑graduate degree in Fine Arts or related field.
- Minimum four years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic proficiency and classroom application.
Salary and Location
- Competitive remuneration of Rs.45,000 – Rs.55,000 per month.
