Participate in school-wide academic reviews to assess subject-specific improvements. Ensure students meet state board examination standards through consistent assessment and feedback.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend departmental meetings to discuss curriculum enhancements and teaching strategies. Organize physics-related workshops or guest lectures for students, inviting experts to share cutting-edge research. Review and update teaching resources, including textbooks and digital materials, to reflect current scientific advancements.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum four years of teaching experience in high school or equivalent level. Possession of TET/CTET certification is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong command over English and Odia languages is essential for effective communication.
Salary and Location
