- Develop and implement school-wide initiatives to promote mental health awareness, stress management, and emotional intelligence.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to identify student needs and develop strategies for support.
- Conduct assessments and referrals for students requiring specialized support services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local mental health professionals and organizations to ensure access to resources and expertise.
- Participate in school committees and working groups focused on student support and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student counselling sessions and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health and school counselling through ongoing professional development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in school counselling or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Rs.35,000 - Rs.85,000 per month.
