- Evaluate and report on student progress to the management and parents
- Identify and refer students to external agencies for additional support
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and special education plans
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote inclusion and diversity
- Supervise and provide guidance to support staff and volunteers working with students with special needs
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Special Education or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in special education settings
- Valid D.El.Ed or B.Ed certification
- Familiarity with Odisha education policies and regulations
- Strong leadership and management skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in administrative roles in schools
- Knowledge of TET and CTET policies
- Familiarity with Odisha government schemes for special education
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Familiarity with local languages and culture
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.35,000 - Rs.85,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
