The successful candidate will prepare and deliver structured lessons covering fundamental programming concepts, algorithms, and basic computer applications. Daily classroom instruction will include live coding sessions, problem-solving activities, and interactive discussions to reinforce learning.
You will also assist in designing and implementing lab-based activities, such as setting up hardware for practical demonstrations and troubleshooting basic technical issues. Collaboration with the school’s IT infrastructure team will ensure smooth operation of computers and software used in teaching.
Assessment of student progress will involve regular evaluations through quizzes, assignments, and project-based assessments. Maintaining a supportive and inclusive learning environment is crucial to fostering student interest in Computer Science.
Experience in teaching Computer Science to students in the 11th and 12th grades will be beneficial. A strong background in programming languages like Python or Java, along with a passion for modern educational technology, is ideal for this role.
