TGT Science Teacher Position at Gautam Budha International School in Puri
Gautam Budha International School in Puri is seeking a dedicated TGT Science Teacher to join its dynamic academic team. This role focuses on delivering engaging science education aligned with modern curriculum standards, fostering critical thinking and hands-on learning among students.
The successful candidate will plan and conduct science lessons across biology, chemistry, and physics, ensuring age-appropriate content delivery. Daily classroom instruction will include interactive demonstrations, experiments, and practical applications to reinforce concepts. Collaboration with the science department will involve curriculum development, resource planning, and aligning assessments with national education frameworks.
Assessment and evaluation will focus on student performance through projects, quizzes, and practical exams, with regular feedback sessions to track progress. Participation in school events, parent-teacher interactions, and extracurricular science activities will also be part of the role.
A postgraduate degree in Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Two years of teaching experience in a science-related role is preferred. The salary for this position is Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, with the opportunity to work in Puri, Odisha.
