4. Maintain records of art supplies, expenses, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

7. Prepare reports on art activities for the principal and management team.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling art materials and tools.

Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Office and familiarity with digital tools for art management will be advantageous.
