PRT Hindi Teacher Position at Dips School | Rayya, Amritsar
A dedicated PRT Hindi Teacher is needed to join Dips School | Rayya in Amritsar, teaching Hindi to primary students. This role focuses on fostering language skills, cultural understanding, and engagement through interactive lessons. The selected candidate will contribute to shaping young minds while aligning with the school’s curriculum and values.
Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Hindi lessons, ensuring age-appropriate content and activities. Prepare teaching aids like flashcards, worksheets, and storytelling materials to enhance learning. Monitor student progress in reading, writing, and speaking fluency. Collaborate with classmates to adjust teaching methods based on student feedback and performance.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop lesson plans that integrate grammar, vocabulary, and cultural elements relevant to the syllabus. Attend regular faculty meetings to discuss teaching strategies and curriculum updates. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and assessment results. Participate in school events, including language festivals and parent-teacher interactions, to promote Hindi as a vibrant subject.
Periodic Responsibilities
Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate students’ understanding and identify areas needing reinforcement. Organize extracurricular activities like storytelling sessions, poetry recitals, or cultural workshops to deepen Hindi appreciation. Collaborate with the principal or head of Hindi department to refine teaching methods and improve overall academic outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
A graduate degree in Hindi or a related field is required. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in primary schools, is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an asset. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.
This role offers a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.32,000 per month, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment in Amritsar.
