What You Bring
A postgraduate degree in Biology or a related field, B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification, and at least three years of teaching experience. TET or CTET is preferred, though not mandatory. Proven leadership in curriculum development, team mentoring, and project management is essential. Strong communication skills, a vision for STEM education, and a commitment to student growth are required.
