• Collaborate with the school’s marketing and communications teams to promote events through newsletters, social media, and local media outlets.
• Facilitate the recruitment and training of student volunteers and junior staff members involved in event execution.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for dance event management, ensuring consistency and quality across all activities.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in dance or performing arts is highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, program management, or related administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation
