Role and Subject
The PGT Physics Teacher will lead the physics curriculum for classes 11 and 12 at The Millennium School. The position focuses on delivering engaging lessons, designing experiments, and guiding students toward competitive exams.
What the Work Involves
Daily duties include preparing lecture plans, conducting practical sessions, and assessing student progress. The teacher will also collaborate with other faculty to integrate interdisciplinary projects and support school science fairs. Attendance at faculty meetings and professional development workshops is expected.
Subject‑Specific Expectations
Students should be prepared for state board exams and national level competitions. The teacher must keep abreast of the latest NCERT updates, introduce real‑world applications, and encourage critical thinking through problem‑solving activities. Laboratory safety and resource management are integral parts of the role.
Qualification and Experience
Candidates must hold a post‑graduate degree in Physics, a B.Ed or D.El.Ed, and have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to use modern teaching aids and a passion for student growth are essential.
Salary and Location
