5. Use technology to enhance teaching and learning processes.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
7. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents.
8. Attend staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
9. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- TET or CTET certification (not mandatory but preferred).
- 4 years of teaching experience.
Good to Have:
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
- Knowledge of technology-based teaching tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
