What You Will Do
* Teach Geography to Class 9-12 students and prepare them for board exams.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating various teaching methods and resources.
* Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Geography with other subjects and promote a holistic learning environment.
* Conduct extra-curricular activities, such as quizzes, debates, and field trips, to foster students' interest in Geography.
* Stay updated with the latest developments in Geography and implement them in the classroom.
* Assist in administrative tasks, such as maintaining attendance, evaluating student performance, and preparing reports.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you should have a post-graduate degree in Geography or a related field (M.A./M.Sc.) from a recognized university. A B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree is also mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the TET/CTET exam. At least 3 years of teaching experience is required, preferably in a school setting.
Salary and Benefits
