Role Summary

Ravenwood International School, a pioneer in education technology in Abohar, Fazilka, Punjab, seeks a highly skilled TGT Biology Teacher to join its faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Biology lessons to students using modern teaching tools and digital resources.

Teaching Approach

This approach enables students to access learning materials online, participate in collaborative activities, and receive timely feedback from teachers.

Day-to-Day Duties

As a TGT Biology Teacher at Ravenwood International School, your day-to-day duties will include:

* Preparing and delivering Biology lessons to students from classes VI to X
* Developing and implementing project-based learning activities using digital tools
* Creating and editing digital resources, such as videos, animations, and simulations
* Using online assessment tools to evaluate student progress
* Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement the school's Biology curriculum
* Providing feedback to students on their assignments and projects
* Participating in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress
* Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance
* Staying updated with the latest developments in Biology education and incorporating them into your teaching practices

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related subject, with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree. While a TET or CTET certification is not mandatory, it is preferred.

Preferred Skills

We are looking for a candidate with excellent digital literacy skills, including proficiency in using online teaching tools, such as Google Classroom and our LMS. Your ability to create engaging digital resources and use them effectively in the classroom will be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs. 35,000 - Rs. 55,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
