To qualify, hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) along with a graduate degree in relevant subjects. While TET/CTET is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in an elementary school setting, is essential. Candidates with experience in integrating art and craft with other subjects or special projects are highly valued.
