TGT Physics Teacher Job in Gurdaspur, Punjab | School Recruitment
Role
Teach Physics to classes 6 to 10 at Crystal Eurokids School | Punjab. Prepare lesson plans aligned with state curriculum and conduct experiments that engage students. Mentor junior teachers and assist in curriculum development.
Responsibilities
Deliver interactive lessons that foster critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Design and grade assignments, tests, and projects in Physics. Use visual aids, simulations, and laboratory equipment to illustrate concepts. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents during meetings. Participate in school science fairs and inter‑school competitions. Maintain accurate attendance and record keeping. Contribute to the development of a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Physics or related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions. TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and assessment. Strong grasp of conceptual physics and ability to explain complex ideas simply.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom of 30–35 students. Experience with laboratory instruction and safety protocols. Prior involvement in extracurricular science activities is an advantage.
Salary
Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full‑time position with regular working hours and school holidays.
