PPRT EVS Teacher Position at Ivy World School, Jalandhar
Ivy World School in Jalandhar seeks a dedicated PPRT (Physical, Process, and Personal Resource Teacher) with EVS expertise to lead hands-on, experiential learning programs for students. This role focuses on integrating environmental studies with practical, project-based activities to foster curiosity and sustainability awareness.
The EVS teacher will design and implement field trips, workshops, and classroom experiments aligned with school curriculum standards. Responsibilities include supervising outdoor learning sessions, managing resourceful classroom setups, and collaborating with PPRT colleagues to create engaging, real-world connections between theory and practice.
A graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in EVS or environmental education, will be highly valued. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be considered favorably.
The selected candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 25,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role requires strong organizational skills to coordinate with school administration, parents, and external stakeholders for EVS-related initiatives.
