Role
The position is for a full‑time Teacher Grade Teacher (TGT) specializing in Chemistry at Dips School in Jalandhar. The successful candidate will deliver lessons to classes in the Jalandhar 1 area, coordinating curriculum delivery and assessment for the science stream.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging chemistry lessons for the assigned classes, ensuring alignment with the state curriculum and learning objectives.
- Prepare instructional materials, laboratory experiments, and safety protocols for hands‑on learning.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, report cards, and lesson plans in the school’s database.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and school events.
Qualifications
- Post‑graduate degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience at the school level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required; TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary
Rs.25,000 – Rs.40,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
