What You Will Do
Create simple, illustrated Hindi lessons that fit the school’s play-based approach.
Conduct daily circle time with rhymes and action songs in Hindi.
Assist children in writing their names and basic words in Hindi.
Read aloud short Hindi stories and encourage them to repeat phrases.
Use flashcards and picture cards to teach vocabulary related to family, animals, and daily objects.
Organize circle time activities that include Hindi greetings and counting.
Prepare small worksheets with tracing and matching exercises for Hindi letters.
Support the class teacher during assemblies that include Hindi recitations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with Hindi as one of the teaching subjects.
Preference for candidates who have appeared for TET or CTET.
Minimum two years of experience teaching Hindi to pre-primary or lower primary classes.
Familiarity with phonics and storytelling methods for young learners.
