NTT Hindi Teacher – Kapurthala, Punjab
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for classes up to senior secondary, aligning with the school curriculum.
Create interactive activities, worksheets and assessments that cater to diverse learning abilities.
Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
Collaborate with senior faculty to integrate cross‑subject projects and participate in parent‑teacher meetings.
Requirements
Graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Minimum two years of teaching experience in Hindi at the school level.
TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi, with the ability to inspire confidence in learners.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and willingness to adopt new methodologies.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly remuneration ranges from Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
