PGT History Teacher Job in Kapurthala, Punjab | School Recruitment
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in History or related discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required. Candidates possessing TET/CTET certification are preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the PGT level in a school setting.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver the History curriculum for Classes IX to XII in alignment with the school’s academic standards. Conduct interactive lectures, facilitate discussions on historical events, and assess student performance through tests, projects and assignments. Prepare teaching aids, maintain accurate records, and participate in co‑curricular activities and parent‑teacher meetings.
Salary & Employment
Full‑time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs.35,000 to Rs.60,000.
