About This Role
Dips College Of Education Dhilwan, a leading educational institution in Kapurthala, Punjab, invites applications for the post of TGT Education in our College. We are looking for a talented and committed faculty member to join our team.
Day-to-Day Duties
As a TGT Education at Dips College Of Education Dhilwan, you will be responsible for teaching, student mentoring, exam duties, curriculum development, and other related tasks. Your duties will include:
- Conducting lectures and tutorials for B.Ed students
- Mentoring students and guiding them in their academic and personal development
- Assisting in the preparation and administration of exams
- Developing and updating the curriculum to keep it relevant and engaging
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to the development of new initiatives
- Collaborating with other faculty members to enhance student learning outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and submitting reports as required
- Attending staff development programs and workshops to update your knowledge and skills
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the post of TGT Education at Dips College Of Education Dhilwan, you should have a Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks and a valid UGC-NET/SET/SLET/Ph.D. qualification. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D.
Research & Publications
We encourage our faculty members to engage in research and publication activities to contribute to the field of education. You are expected to publish research papers in reputable journals, present papers at conferences, and participate in workshops and seminars.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, as per UGC scales, along with other benefits and allowances.
