Role Summary
Dips College Of Education Dhilwan invites applications for the post of TGT (Mathematics) to join its faculty at the College in Kapurthala, Punjab. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to undergraduate students and contributing to the academic growth of the institution.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Mathematics to undergraduate students in classes, lectures, and tutorials.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assignments, and exams as per the curriculum.
- Mentor students and provide guidance on academic and personal issues.
- Conduct internal exams and assessments as per the college norms.
- Develop and implement new teaching methodologies and resources.
- Prepare and submit reports on student progress and academic performance.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Participate in staff development programs and workshops to enhance teaching skills.
Required Qualifications
A Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field with a minimum of 55% marks is mandatory. NET/SET is required for appointment as Assistant Professor. Ph.D. holders are preferred for the position of Assistant Professor. Candidates with a strong academic background and research experience will be given preference.
Academic Projects
