Teaching Responsibilities

Maintain discipline and create a positive atmosphere in the dance studio. Collaborate with the principal and other teachers to integrate dance into school events and extracurricular activities. Ensure all students adhere to safety protocols during practice sessions.
Qualification
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as per school guidelines. Possess a graduate degree in dance or related field. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Experience
Proven experience of at least two years in teaching dance or related subjects. Familiarity with child psychology and classroom management is essential. Experience in Punjab schools or similar educational settings is a plus.
Compensation
Attractive monthly salary of Rs.12,000 to Rs.20,000, depending on qualifications and performance. Additional benefits may include travel allowances for field visits and participation in school functions.
