Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognized university. A graduate degree in any stream is mandatory. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the elementary level. Familiarity with school-based environmental programs is a plus. Experience in Punjab schools or working with rural communities is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver Evs lessons with a focus on sustainability, climate change awareness, and biodiversity. Collaborate with school management to organize workshops, clean drives, and awareness campaigns. Ensure students participate in school-level eco-projects, such as composting or tree-planting initiatives.
Compensation
Attractive monthly salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits may include performance-based allowances and professional development opportunities.
