PRT Hindi Teacher Job in Ludhiana, Punjab | School Recruitment
Responsibilities
The PRT Hindi Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that foster a love for the Hindi language among students. Daily tasks include preparing teaching materials, conducting classroom instruction, and assessing student progress through formative assessments. The role also involves collaborating with fellow teachers to integrate Hindi into cross‑subject projects and participating in school events that promote cultural literacy.
Qualification
Graduate degree required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred for teaching positions. TET/CTET certification is not mandatory but considered an advantage. Candidates should possess a strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and effective pedagogical techniques.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required. Prior experience with PRT (Part‑time Replacement Teacher) roles or similar temporary teaching assignments will be viewed favorably.
Salary
Rs.15,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary package includes standard benefits offered by the institution.
