PRT Music Teacher Position at Tagore International School, Ludhiana
Tagore International School in Ludhiana is seeking a dedicated PRT (Post Graduate Teacher) Music to join its vibrant music program. This role focuses on delivering engaging, age-appropriate music lessons across various grades, fostering creativity and cultural appreciation through instrumental and vocal training.
The PRT Music Teacher will plan and conduct daily music classes, including theory, singing, and instrumental practice. They will also collaborate with the school’s arts department to integrate music into interdisciplinary projects. Ensuring student participation and progress in performance-based assessments is a key responsibility.
To qualify, a graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is essential. While prior teaching experience is preferred, a minimum of three years in music education or related fields will be considered. A strong foundation in music theory, performance, and classroom management is required.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month.
