Role Summary
The Telecaller role at Sacred Dale International School Punjab is vital for maintaining smooth communication between the school and prospective parents. Handling daily calls with clarity and professionalism helps shape first impressions of the institution. This position supports the admissions team by efficiently managing inquiries and follow-ups.
What You Will Do
Handle incoming calls from parents and guardians regarding admissions, fee structures, and school programs.
Provide accurate information about Sacred Dale International School Punjab courses, facilities, and timings.
Maintain a polite and professional tone in all conversations to build trust and rapport.
Document call details in the school’s CRM system for future reference and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely responses to parent queries.
Update the database with new enquiry details and track progress of pending applications.
Assist in organizing parent orientation sessions and sharing relevant documents.
Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
Fluency in English and Punjabi; Hindi is an added advantage.
Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
Good to Have
Prior experience in educational institutions or BPO sectors.
Familiarity with CRM tools or school management software.
Previous role in admissions or counselling will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage parents effectively.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy in information sharing.
Leadership qualities to guide junior staff and represent the school professionally.
Basic problem-solving skills to address routine parent concerns promptly.
Salary and Benefits
Fixed monthly salary ranging from Rs.30,000 to Rs.40,000.
