Requirements
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Chemistry. Minimum four years of teaching experience in chemistry or related subjects is required. Experience in designing interactive chemistry experiments and lab-based learning is a strong asset. Familiarity with Punjab Board or CBSE syllabus for Class 9-12 is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex chemical concepts simply are essential. Comfort with using digital learning tools and educational software is beneficial.
Compensation
