Key Responsibilities

Ensure all skating equipment is properly maintained and stored.
Coordinate with school administration to schedule skating events and inter-school competitions.
Supervise students during on-campus and off-campus skating activities.
Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition among students.
Report regularly to the sports coordinator on training outcomes and student development.
Required Qualifications
Must Have: Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science. Minimum 3 years of experience as a skating coach. Certification in skating training from a recognized sports academy.
Good to Have: Experience coaching in school settings. Knowledge of first aid and sports injury management. Familiarity with skating rink operations.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills to guide young athletes.
Clear communication with students, parents, and school staff.
Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best.
Organizational skills to manage schedules, equipment, and event logistics.
What You Get
Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
