At The Renaissance School you will spend most of the day in a lively Class 6‑10 science lab and classroom, preparing experiments and guiding students through concepts. You will manage a modest class size, keep records of lab safety, and interact with parents during weekly meetings. What you will actually do
- Deliver the CBSE/State science curriculum for classes 6 to 10 with clear explanations and demonstrations.
- Design and conduct practical lab sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and assessment tools aligned with syllabus objectives.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, projects and viva‑voce, providing constructive feedback.
- Organize science fairs, quizzes and field trips that connect classroom learning to real‑world applications.
- Maintain attendance, grade books and progress reports in the school’s digital system.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas for curriculum improvement.
- Support the school’s Science Teacher Recruitment in Punjab by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
Who can do this job
- Post‑graduate degree in Science (M.Sc, M.A., etc.) with B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
- Minimum three years of teaching experience at the TGT level.
- TET/CTET certification preferred but not mandatory.
