4. Lead rehearsals for inter‑school competitions and cultural festivals.
5. Train and mentor junior staff in dance techniques and event management.
6. Maintain records of participation, progress, and event outcomes.
7. Liaise with parents and local cultural groups to enrich program offerings.
8. Ensure safety protocols and hygiene standards during all activities.
Required Qualifications
Must Have – Graduate degree, B.Ed or D.El.Ed, 3 years of experience in dance leadership.
Good to Have – TET or CTET certification, experience with school event coordination.
