PGT Biology Teacher Job in Patiala, Punjab | School Recruitment
Role
PGT level biology instructor at Cambridge Global School | Rakhra. Deliver curriculum aligned with Punjab state guidelines. Manage laboratory sessions and field trips.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute engaging lessons for classes 9 to 12.
Assess student progress through tests, projects and practical exams.
Maintain detailed attendance and performance records.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects.
Supervise and mentor junior faculty and interns.
Prepare and update lesson plans, ensuring compliance with state standards.
Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Biology or related discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching.
TET/CTET preferred but not required.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience at the PGT level in a recognized school.
Salary
Rs.40,000 – Rs.50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
