What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver differentiated instruction for Science subjects to cater to various learning levels.
- Develop and implement inclusive lesson plans that promote inclusive pedagogy.
- Use multiple teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments to measure student progress.
- Analyze assessment data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Science education and integrate them into your teaching.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences to keep parents informed about their child's progress.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree with a specialization in Science. A post-graduate degree in Science is preferred. You must also have a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting. CTET/TET certification is not mandatory.
