About This Role
Shivalik Convent School Mohali is looking for an experienced Art And Craft professional to manage the school’s creative activities and workshops. The role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing all art and craft initiatives across the school in Dera Bassi. This is a full-time, non-teaching position that requires strong leadership and administrative skills.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and execute monthly Art And Craft sessions for different grade levels.
2. Source and maintain inventory of art supplies and materials for workshops.
3. Coordinate with local vendors in Dera Bassi and Mohali for bulk purchases.
4. Organize inter-school art exhibitions and competitions.
5. Document student artwork for school records and parent portfolios.
6. Train and supervise junior art assistants and volunteers.
7. Prepare budgets and reports for Art And Craft Recruitment in Punjab.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during all activities.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field is mandatory. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in art administration or workshop coordination. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and Google Suite is essential. Experience in school environments or with children is preferred.
