Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement lesson plans for Mathematics that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
* Create and distribute study materials, worksheets, and assignments for students.
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor students' progress.
* Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students who require extra assistance.
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
* Collaborate with other teachers to develop a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
* Attend and participate in parent-teacher conferences and meetings.
Subject-Specific Qualifications and Expertise:
* Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree is required for this role.
* A valid TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) or CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) certificate is preferred.
* A strong understanding of Mathematics concepts and curriculum for grades 1-5 is essential.
Skills that Make a Great Mathematics Teacher:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.

* Salary: Rs.16,000 - Rs.30,000 per month.
