- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong subject matter expertise in English language and literature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
