Specific duties and responsibilities
Plan daily Hindi lessons aligned with the school curriculum and NCERT guidelines. Prepare teaching aids like flashcards, charts, and audio-visual content for better understanding. Conduct regular assessments to track progress in reading, writing, and speaking. Organize Hindi recitation competitions and cultural events to promote language skills. Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports accurately. Collaborate with other PRT teachers to integrate Hindi across subjects. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Subject-specific qualifications and expertise
Graduate in Hindi with at least two years of teaching experience in primary Hindi. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Prior experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred. Familiarity with teaching Hindi grammar, composition, and literature is essential.
