Leadership Opportunity
As a TGT Hindi Teacher at Amity International School, you will have the opportunity to lead the Hindi department and play a key role in shaping the academic vision of the school. Strategic Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the Hindi curriculum for classes 6-10, ensuring alignment with the CBSE guidelines and Amity International School's academic vision
* Lead the Hindi department and mentor teachers to improve their instructional practices and student outcomes
* Collaborate with other department heads to integrate Hindi with other subjects and promote interdisciplinary learning
* Conduct teacher training programs and workshops to enhance teacher capacity in Hindi language and literature
* Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student learning in Hindi
* Foster partnerships with local Hindi language and literature experts to enrich the curriculum and pedagogy
* Manage the Hindi language laboratory and resources to ensure effective utilization
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for Hindi language and literature programs
* Represent the school at Hindi language and literature conferences and events
What You Bring
* A Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field, with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a TGT Hindi Teacher in a school setting
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teachers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students, teachers, and parents
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
